A talk with Fredy Chikangana and Odi Gonzáles from the Abya Yala working group. Abya Yala is a working group that promotes and encourages social, cultural and environmental awareness, international voluntary projects, and exchanges regarding Latin America. Chikangana is a poet who has received the National University Poetry Prize in Colombia and Gonzáles received the National Poetry Prize “César Vallejo” in Peru. Gonzáles will be speaking about contemporary Quechua literature in Peru, while Chikangana will be focusing on oralitura and contemporary indigenous wrting in Colombia.
