How to Borrow from the Resource Library
Lending Policy
The Consortium in Latin American and Caribbean Studies houses a collection of videos/DVDs and resource materials. Resources can be borrowed from our Film Collection in room 3218 of the Fed Ex Global Education Center at 301 Pittsboro St. on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The collection is open Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00 and Friday 9:00-3:00. Materials are lent free of charge. However, we ask that all borrowers follow the procedures below.
To Borrow Materials
- All borrowers must fill out a Lending Agreement. Please download, fill out, and return the LENDING AGREEMENT FORM as an email attachment to la_films@unc.edu.
- Once we have a copy of your form, you are free to borrow from the library. Please note that anyone who wishes to take out material from the collection must fill out a form. This includes persons sent to pick up films on behalf of professors, students, friends, etc.
