Ted Mouw’s research includes, Labor Markets, Stratification, Economic Sociology, Demography; Soial structure of labor markets; Social and residential segregation in U.S. urban areas; Gender occupational segregation; Demographic change in Indonesia. He is currently working on Social mobility, labor markets and working poverty in the United States; The economic and social impact of globalization in Indonesia and Mexico; Immigration and the labor market for Hispanic immigrants in North Carolina.
