ISA extends the warmest congratulations to Professor Ana María Silva Campo (History) for her award of the Kimberly S. Hanger Article Prize from the Latin American and Caribbean Section of the Southern Historical Association for her article "Through the Gate of the Media Luna: Slavery and the Geographies of Legal Status in Colonial Cartagena de Indias," appearing the August 2020 issue of The Hispanic American Historical Review.
